The service was easy to use. We appreciated that there were frequent running shuttles with helpful attendants. The attendants made certain to get us nearest our vehicle to be able to load and unload bags going and coming. A big thumbs up to your company!

You are conveniently located to the airport and have always had space for me when I've needed to book. Also, your staff is quick and friendly. They have always been careful with my luggage and quite courteous. Early Dec., I when arriving at the airport, I was directed (by the employee at the front gate) to turn down the row which I did and go down toward the end and park. The shuttle picked me up right away and we were off. When I returned a week later I was charged for premium parking, saying I parked in the wrong place. I had no choice but to charge it, as it was late and nobody was on duty and I could not leave the lot. The following day I sent an email to The Parking Spot explaining what had happened. I heard back within two days and was given a refund for the amount I was overcharged at the lot. Other than that incident, everything has been great with The Parking Spot!

You provide rides on a steady timetable. I like the app for detailing where the nearest van is located. The drivers have been very helpful.

My only problem was locating where to catch the van. I didn’t feel the directions were clear. It said double doors near carousel 8, I thought. Security had to help me.
