It all works smoothly, and as expected. Drop off and pick up is pretty straight forward. Of course, we'd always like the bus to appear slightly sooner, but all things considered it all works fine.

It’s easy inconvenient however kind of confused with your whole premium Parking. It almost seems like it takes just as long if not longer than just parking in the regular covered parking spots to get picked up.
It’s not a hassle. Could you guys please put a post or sign by the place where we meet at the airport? It’s difficult to tell who is in line for you guys vs other companies.
