Everything! Access to the lot is easy, the shuttle bus is right there to pick us up and the drivers are very helpful in loading our suitcases! When we get to the airport, they are great about unloading our bags!

Just one issue to make you aware of. The specific location on the panel for scanning your QR code when entering isn't clear enough. And when leaving this time, the QR scanner there didn't seem sensitive enough. I had to scan repeatedly about 6 times before it finally read the code.
The people, the efficiency and great customer service from the moment I reserved a spot online, to how immediate their pickup van took me to my departure airline, to how nicely they handled m immediate return, and gave great service to quickly get me out of the parking lot. This organization was first class. I have only used them twice but I am impressed.
