We love how quickly we get picked up after parking, how close the locations are to the terminals and the assistance we get to load our luggage. Check-in and check-out are extremely easy and all the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend trusting your car to The Parking Spot locations!

Everything! The price, the convenience, the service, the courtesy, as I originally stated, everything!

This is in anticipation of the imminent opening of the new covered parking lot. Actually, more like a football field-sized new section. Assuming the price point will be competitive, it makes The Parking Spot West, by far, the best covered parking option closest to the airport. Yes there are a few others closer but usually at both higher cost and with less frequent shuttle service. The loyalty program is a good one, basic but earns free days easily. Shuttles usually run frequently and almost always, with great, friendly drivers who are very helpful. By next year when the open lot is repaved and the current shed-like covered area are redone, there will be great options for everyone depending on their needs. And the time of year.

Ease of use, reliable service and payment

Dependable

My wife and I arrived back to the airport in Columbus, OH only to find we had left our car key in California. After an all night flight and facing an 80 minute trip to our home in Dayton, OH, we were quite discouraged. The staff and management were very helpful and showed tremendous hospitality in letting us stay in their air conditioned office while we made arrangements and waited for locksmith to arrive. Once we got our new key fob, the Parking Spot folks waived the three additional hours of parking from our original reservation and sent us off to home with warm wishes and bottles of cold water. Although we have always had friendly and timely service from all of the shuttle associates, this visit showed the true caring and hospitality that this organization's culture has embraced. This is so refreshing in a world where you don't always find true customer care.

They have many shuttles that run continuously, so having to wait to be picked up either at your car or at the airport shouldn't be a problem. Also, their shuttles are super easy to spot (LOL).
