The Parking Spot is fast and easy! The drivers are courteous, and we just love how dependable they are. There’s never a long wait—coming or going—and the buses are bright and easy to spot. :)

We originally chose this company because of the covered carport, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The online booking process was quick and convenient. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, the bus pick-up was prompt, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage.
Returning was just as easy—buses arrived about every 15 minutes, making the trip back smooth and stress-free.

I'm very happy paying a bit extra to park inside and have people around when I'm getting in and out of my car especially when I'm traveling alone.

Convenience

Most trips I take The Parking Spot 1 in Atlanta for granted because I don't have any troubles, just in and out. My last trip reminded me of why I park there and not at the airport!
I came home to a dead battery at 1am and they were able to immediately take care of it. I also left my phone on the shuttle and another driver radio'd the shuttle and they came right back to me so I could get it. Then I had trouble with the check out machine and the cashier helped me right away. All of this took less than 30 minutes and I was on my way by 1:30m. Thank you Parking Spot 1!

Professional , Polite and Prompt

This was my fourth time using The Parking Spot East and I haven't had an issue yet. The workers are all very nice and helpful. The service to the airport is generally quick and upon leaving, the bottles of water as you exit are a nice touch.

The parking spot makes using LAX as your airport a breeze. Quick in and out at at the parking facility on Century and most of all lots of shuttles, i have never had a long wait.

The drivers and staff are all polite and professional.

Would ghighly recomend, and I don't usually take the time to leave reviews.

Once we arrived at parking lot, shuttle picked us up by our car very quickly, our driver was very friendly, put our luggage into the shuttle. Once we arrived back in Chicago, the shuttle came very quickly and we were lucky and got the same driver who went out of his way to load our luggage and was just as friendly as the day we left.
