It's a no brainer; drop off your get on bus, drop off is easy and you're on your way. After your flight, you get on the bus and you are taken to your Car!
Smooth process. Picked up at car and bags were loaded by driver. Arrived at airport quickly. Return trip was the same
Easy to access, prompt transportation to the airport and courteous service. Thanks!
Good price, friendly drivers and clean parking.
Easy pickup
The valet service is fantastic and the shuttle to/from BNA are super convenient and easy. Highly recommend the parking spot for anyone not currently taking advantage of this airport parking service provider!!!
Very efficient operation!
from doing reservation till end , all process is great
I love everything about The Parking Spot. Great prices and convenience and the drivers are extremely helpful and friendly to everyone. The drivers seem to go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable.
close to airport
Shuttle arrives quickly and a lot of shuttles. However once your on the shuttle it takes 45 minutes to get around the loop because of all the stops and picks up. They should dedicate one shuttle for gates 1-4 and another for gates 5-7. That way there are no pickups until you reach gate 5-7 and it gets around the loop faster.
The Parking Spot 1 on Will Clayton is close to IAH, and the shuttles are easy to see. I also like the addition of priority service, which on two separate occasions picked me up and dropped me off early. The price also seems competitive. The drivers are friendly and helpful.
Easy to use website. Staff is unbelievably friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always feel good about safety of car. Never have to wait for a transport bus. Just a great company!
Easy park and pay
