Convenient and easy to use.
Great service all around!
Fabulous drivers! Juan has been my driver a few times now and he’s awesome. Always friendly and engaging. He knows and exercises the customer service role with every passenger no matter how grouchy we are. :) I love the convenience and proximity to the airport. Thanks for the water too! Nice touch!
Our shuttle driver was really nice (both ways) when being picked up for the airport and when being picked up at the airport to go back to the garage. Our trip on Saturday, 8/22/26 was beyond exciting. Another car was going the wrong way (and headed right for us) and our driver was able to move our bus out of the way and keep us from injury. He was amazing!
Our driver on the way back to the garage made a point of stopping to see about this family that had lost their ticketing and had no idea what garage they were in. She saved that family from a lot of trouble and got them to the entrance of Lot 3 even though her bus was for Lot 1.
Courtesy staff at the security entrance gate even early in the morning, the bottled water when we exit is always welcome as we never have time to grab water once off the plane.
Easy self parking location
Easy in and out, helpful staff and drivers. Pick up process great!
Everyone is friendly and helpful. No waiting for bus and no searching for car when you return! Cheaper than the airport is the ultimate bonus.
They pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car. The drivers I had the last trip were very friendly and helpful.
Easy in and out upon arrival. Pick up at airport this trip was more delayed....waited about 15-20 minutes.... Wouldn't match Park N Go $11 per day coupon I received in mail......would be great if you did....
I use it exclusively.
Prompt pickup and easy reservation and checkout'

Very streamlined and efficient! Never had to wait. Drivers helped with my bags and took good care of everyone. Cashier even gave me a cold bottle of water on my way home. Wonderful!
We never have to wait long at all for the shuttle to to or from the airport
