Very easy to use the app to make a reservation. When we got there we found a parking spot and the bus cam around quickly to pick us us. The driver was very nice. Once we got back to Columbus from our trip we were able to board the bus right away.

I was very happy to get such great service! We arrived at the parking area and found an open spot right next to the gate and the driver with the shuttle arrived in less than five minutes to take us to the airport. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at park and fly. We waited less than five minutes for a driver when we returned and my car was fine when we picked it up . I had a AAA discount which was great but even without the discount, I think paying to park at park and fly is money well spent!

Easy, professional, convenient

Excellent staff, great to be able to reserve, reasonable additional charge when my return flight was delayed one day. The only small issue was a checkout machine that too quickly spit my paper receipt out into the snow and slush before I could catch it, and I couldn't find it down there among the many other receipts that suffered the same fate. I'd suggest using machines that hold the receipt in place for customers to take, rather than spitting it out without warning.
