I have taken five trips out of BWI in the past year, and used the Parking Spot for each one. The wait time for shuttles is practically non-existent. I have never had to wait more than a few moments for a shuttle bus, either in the parking lot or for the return at the airport. The drivers are always courteous and helpful, no matter how large or unwieldy my luggage is. Loyal customer here!

We were standing in the wrong place at the airport (outside), waiting for the shuttle. We saw a parking spot shuttle coming our way, and the driver slowed down and opened the door and gave us verbal instructions as to where to go stand for pick up. We were very grateful for that because he gave us the exact location of the pick up.

I am picked up right by my car and dropped right in front of the airport. I like using the app to easily check in and out and I appreciate a cold bottle of water waiting for me when I return home! I also like using my AAA card discount.

Reliable parking place. This time it wasn't and we have to wait more than 15 minutes for the car, even tough we called after we picked up our luggage. The customer service agent said they forgot it. Ugh. That's not great.
Easy access, seamless check in transit van picks you up right at your vehicle and drips off at the door to your departing airline, and drips off right in front of your vehicle. Can't ask for better vale service.
