When we arrived back from our trip our battery had died on our vehicle. The Parking Spot staff was quick to take up back to our vehicle from the front of the lot in a golf cart with a battery pack and jumped off our car. They were very helpful and gracious. Thanks!
Fast and easy check in through the app, shuttle bus arrived at my parking spot before I could get out of my car, and the driver assisted with the luggage. Trip to the terminal was quick and uneventful. Positive experience departing and returning.

The service is always exceptional and the drivers are really nice and help with your bags. There is very little wait time when getting pick up at your car, which is a huge relief when traveling alone. They are always making rounds at all the terminals when it is time to go home. I have used The Parking Spot on more than one travel and have been impressed and will use them again.
