Friendly attendants and drivers! Complimentary covered parking is such a nice perk!
Waited a little longer than expected to get picked up in the middle of the afternoon, but that was the only issue. Otherwise, very impressed. Will return.

Safe secure place to park car, with shuttle services included. The price was reasonable with the discounts given, not sure if it was because of AAA membership or first time using. I wish the APP was more user friendly but I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The app. Is is to use and the earned points help you get free days. It's convenient with plenty of parking. Ounce you park your car the shuttle is right there to take you to the airport. He when coming back from vacation you can just walk out of the airport and your shuttle is driving down the road you really don't need to call them.

Much easier and efficient than BWI's parking and shuttles. I was concerned about reduced services arriving after midnight, but it was not an issue.

Pick up time from the lot was almost immediate. Pick up at the airport was a short wait. Next time I will pay a little more and opt for an inside spot if it is winter.
