convenient location. Courteous drivers/

You need to provide better directions on how to exit parking lot. Very difficult to follow exit signs. They appear to send you information the wrong direction.

Life is easy with parking spot south. Ready shuttle bus for comfort with friendly staff

Check in was very easy. The shuttle bus met us at our assigned space and driver helped us load us luggage. We were traveling with a toddler who was not cooperative and driver loaded our luggage so we could get our child on the shuttle. Trip to BWI was very fast and we were dropped off near curbside pickup.

When we returned home five days later, we got our luggage and went to the designated gate. The shuttle was sitting there waiting for us. We were tired, hungry and not feeling great. Still had to get our toddler on the bus. We were driven to our space, driver helped unload our luggage at our car. Excellent service.

The drivers are so courtesy and helpful! The ease of finding your driver upon arrival has tremendously improved since a few years ago.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we experienced a 16 hour flight delay and had to leave and go get a hotel, the staff did not try and take advantage of us and double charge us for leaving and coming back. The entire staff, attendants, drivers, were absolutely amazing and helpful and made the delay seem not so bad after all. Highly recommend this facility to park.

I was very loyal to The Parking Spot 2, but when they made everything covered parking and raised prices accordingly, I was willing to change. I love how there is still the great Parking Spot Loyalty program and easy and friendly shuttle service, but there is an uncovered parking option for those of us that aren't willing to spend the extra money on something that really isn't needed......Please don't ever change that. Please.

The van is typically ready to board soon after we park and take us directly to the terminal.

Quick pickup at the car and quick pickup from the airport to the car. Depending of the driver it could sometimes be tricky to find the car. Numbers at individual parking lots could help.
