What we didn’t like is the man asking for a tip. I usually tip but didnt have correct change after long travel.
The location to the Charlotte airport is definitely a plus. They are so efficient in sending the shuttle immediately upon parking. Some of the drivers do help load/unload luggage. The ride is short to the terminals and there is plenty of room for several passengers and luggage on the shuttle. Great service upon return without having to wait for pick up back to the lot to pick up vehicle.

I like using the QR code to get through the gates and into the parking garage. Reserving a spot is easy with the app and because I prepay I can scan the code and drive away when I get back to Oakland, We get free water sometimes and that is a treat.
The drivers are so kind and courteous! Very convenient overall.
