It's a great idea to have a covered parking space to use when traveling. It's convenient and easy to use. Having numerous shuttles also so you don't have to wait long.

Just the bottles of water at exit is worth a whole star. Its nice when youve been on a plane for a long time, go through airport to get luggage and get vehicle, that water hits the spot. Only complaint and it was very minor and could have been just that day. It took 20 minutes for a bus to pick us up from parking spot when we first got there.

Easily accessible and usually a quick ride to the airport.
Shuttle seems to be available quickly. Love that they drop me off at my car (some times I have arrived home late at night). I have been pleased with the times I have reserved parking - thanks!

Always open, staff always present, prompt pick-up and drop off, clean vehicles and promotions. Friendly, pleasant and personable drivers, some even have a sense of humor.
