I like the ease of parking at the lot and taking the shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle is normally very timely but this trip, it was not the usual expectation. I arrived at 4:15am, and I was told that the shuttle was at the airport, and as soon as the driver came back, he would head to my car. I waited at least 25 minutes before the driver who came on at 4:30am headed over to where I was parked. He told me that the previous driver decided to stop for gas on the way back, and he didn't start his shift until 4:30. I'm glad that I always arrive earlier than needed for my flights, so this did not impact me at all. However, just something to be aware of in the future!

Parking Spot Haynes is a convenient lot located very close to the EWR terminals. Our family has used this location over the last 7 years. Shuttles run regularly and I've always received prompt service to the airport.

I would like more consistent shuttles, I have in the past had to wait 30minutes for a shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to my car and it was during a busy time, it was around 8pm. This time I had to wait about 5 to 10minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport but the gate attendant notified me that would be the case. I typically arrive plenty early for my flights but as a bit of a nervous flyer who like to ensure I get to my gate on time because security is always unpredictable, having a "delay" with shuttle is one thing I don't really want to have to think about.
With all that said, the employees have always been friendly and helpful. The lots are clean and overall I recommend The Parking Spot. Premium Parking is awesome too because I don't have to deal with tight spots and I live being the priority drop off returning to your car especially after a long business trip.
