I couldn't find my code to exit for some time and went to the office and couldn't find anyone. I finally looked at the booth and found someone. They were able to help me but I found the code in another place on my phone.
Take a screenshot of your code and save it somewhere you can find it.

I like that the service is convenient and the pricing is fair compared to parking at the airport itself. I also appreciate that there are shuttles available for pick up and drop off and they run frequently. The app makes it easy to locate the shuttles for pick up.

It would be nice to log the parking spot row and number in the app somehow, trying to keep up with the ticket after a long trip can be difficult.

The bus met us at our parking spot. The drivers were amazing and very nice. When they picked us up at the airport they deliver you straight to your car. It was a great service and will do it again.

I'm always able to get in and out quickly, the price is great and I like the loyalty program.

As a regular customer its easy to get in and out with QR code/s.

So easy to book a "spot" using the app and easily modified when my travel plans changed. Checking in and out using the app is fast, easy and accurate. I checked in at 3:30 AM and the shuttle was there in less time than it took to get my luggage out of the trunk. The drivers always help getting the bags on and off the the shuttle and we always get right to the proper airline in the right terminal.
Pickup is almost as fast (just remember which Spot parking lot you are using. Phoenix has three separate areas. Look for the shuttle number on the front and side.) Hand the driver the card you were given when you got on the departure shuttle that denotes your actual parking spot and minutes later you are there. Checking out is easy using the app and they even provided ice cold water at checkout (great perk in the HOT Phoenix summer heat.)
