Like the app for reservation and payment. Upon entry the shuttle bus picks up at your car and upon return takes you right to your car and will assist with luggage if you need help. Also the pick up at airport is no or not long wait at all.

Usually things go well - p/u from car, transport -> terminal go smoothly, as well as return process. This time, however, not so well. Was told to use PS 1 for upcoming flight as it was an international flight, and arrived hours before departure on Tuesday, 5/26. Very few shuttle buses were seen while waiting to get to terminal. Eventually a shuttle arrived, full. Driver delivered groups to Domestic term. and then said he needed to get gas - did I want to stay with him to get gas OR get dropped off at Domestic and take another shuttle -> Int'l??? What??? Eventually he radioed and got another shuttle driver to meet me at Domestic and deliver me to Int'l. Return trip from terminal to my car went as smoothly as usual.

The process is smooth and fast. Told at the entrance gate where open slots are and the shuttle is waiting for me before I can get the car unloaded.
Pick up when returning is right outside luggage pickup and wait time is only a few minutes.
Prices are great.

Prompt pick up at my car when arriving and quick service of shuttles upon return at the airport. It was not so great earlier in the Spring, but seems better now. Appreciate having more shuttles running the route consistently.

Reliable with very short wait times.

Did not have to wait for shuttle. Shuttle was there to take you to airport. Coming back just called shuttle and it came within few minutes. Getting car from valet was a breeze. It was waiting for us when we got there. Staff is extreamley helpful and pleasent .

Fast pick up at the parking spot and the airport. I do park in Platinum.

It was so easy to book the spot online and pay for it online with a discount. I like just showing the QR code and as I arrived and when I left only thing I would suggest is maybe give out the actual parking spot number
