Easy on line purchase and love the QR code entry and exit. However, during construction you need better signage. We had a difficult time leaving the covered area.

The employees are friendly & helpful. The buses seem to be more efficient & timely. Upon checking out, the gal at the window offered my sister & I a cold water which was greatly appreciated & needed after a long day of travel. It's all about the human customer service. Keep up the good work!
Booked online drove in parked ,up pulled the shuttle. Return just as smooth. Besides 3 emails a day since coming home it was pretty perfect.

We had the first of many experiences with the Parking Spot 1 at Will Clayton. We got the covered parking that also included pickup/dropoff AT our vehicle. All the staff we encountered were amazing (especially the staff when we arrived — VERY helpful and informative). Our driver to the airport was the BEST! It was early in the morning and he loaded/unloaded all our luggage. I wish I had known tips were a thing on the app in time. By the time we realized, it was too late.
Both drivers were great, I just wanted to shoutout the one in the morning (I can’t remember his name, unfortunately).
We will definitely be parking at this location again. 10/10 experience!

The drivers help with bags and are so friendly. The driver saw me at the last minute and waited for me, which I really appreciated.
