Parking my first time at the uncovered lot was confusing. It was 4:30am I had reserved an extra wide space and there was no way of knowing where that was. Parked in regular spot near the entrance. Had trouble checking out because of the mixup. Thanks to the lady at the booth for helping me.

Very easy to navigate. From purchase to departure. The shuttle drivers were awesome and friendly. Maybe a couple more “Exit” signs would be helpful. Great experience and would recommend to others.

I parked there over Christmas. The young man in the booth saw that I was new and ran all the way to my parking spot to let me know another shuttle would be along in 5 minutes. And he was so cheerful! He didn’t have to do that. And the kind shuttle driver reminded everyone boarding to make sure they had keys, phone, wallet, and that their car windows were rolled up. He saved a passenger who had forgotten his keys! Truly remarkable service, especially in this day and age.
