The Parking Spot was very easy to use. I really appreciated the direct service to our vehicle upon our return.

Sole reason I continue to park here is the on demand shuttles and not waiting to get to/from the airport. The covered parking is helpful when weather is a factor also. Without my discount though I would likely park elsewhere as the standard rates are very high in comparison.

Efficient with help and timing

Quick pick up but in the last maybe 6 months the pick up at the airport is slower with other locations buses stopping more than once over our shuttle. We have considering moving to a different location but like the full roof on Washington

There are always great deals for parking long term and during holidays. Having covered parking within a gated and well lit area is a huge plus too. Shuttle drivers have always been prompt and kind for pickup and drop off. Would recommend to anyone needing a secure place to leave their car near the airport!

I can reserve online before my trip, I get a AAA discount on the cost, I drive in and out of the facility using a QR code without needing any assistance, the shuttle bus picks me up very near my parked vehicle without much of a wait, and I seldom have to wait for a shuttle to pick me up upon my return.

Didn't love the fact that we could see four shuttles go only to the East Terminal pickup while we waited for a very long time at the West Terminal. Is this normal? If so, we'll go to the East pickup in the future.

I did the Valet Service because my daughter is in a wheelchair. Your staff was so helpful, starting with the lady who answered the phone and guided me, the drivers and the other lady who help to coordinate. I think she was the supervisor. looking forward to using your services again.
