Greeted upon entry and advised what row to park. Shuttle comes timely for pickup.

I wanted to comment on the driver, Mr. Larry, that I had on my return to my vehicle. He was so kind and had a great big smile on his face greeting people. But what I was impressed with was how he handled a situation we were in. He was driving and another truck made contact with our shuttle scraping the side of us with their mirror. Mr. Larry's first mode of action was to stop and address the passengers to ensure no one was hurt and everyone was ok. I thought that meant a lot, because I know he knew that the contact made with the shuttle would not be enough to injury anyone, but he still made passenger safety his primary concern. That says a lot about an employee. Myself, I would have probably just started cursing and being angry at the driver who made contact with me, but his priority was checking on his passengers. Kudos to Mr. Larry and I hope he gets recognition for this small, but meaningful, act of kindness while under your employment! (Will Clayton 1 - Mr. Larry - 1/3/26)

Good service and friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Once we opened the app they tracked us and sent a bus to pick us up so a very short wait which was appreciated as it was bitterly cold outside.

They are very prompt at pick up. Everything seems to run smoothly and parking is very easy for a good price.

Service- quick pickup

I know what to expect because it’s consistent. I park, the shuttle picks me up promptly and im at the airport in 10 min. When I get back, a shuttle usually arrives within 15 min or so without me having to call to find out when the next shuttle is supposed to be there. I appreciate the free bottled water when exiting the parking lot. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything was great

It was extremely easy to reserve in advance. I was picked up from the parking spot I was assigned and promptly brought to the airport. When I arrived back to Charlotte, it was easy to locate the bus to bring me back to my car's parking spot. Both drivers I had were extremely friendly and helpful!

I like the convenience of parking in your lot compared to finding my way around DFW Airport. I had a positive experience with all the employees who were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I like how convenient it is to park, close to the airport. You are picked up quickly after you park. The only thing, it was very, very cold the night we returned home. It would be good to constantly have a van coming back and forth, since there is no coverage when u are waiting to be picked up at the airport.
