This is the best run of the Parking Spot franchise. I do look forward to a streamlined ticket, payment and receipt process from arrival to departure. It’s convoluted at this point. Could take out a few touchpoints…..
Safe & convenient.
On the negative side , when we were exiting, I wanted to speak with the attendant in the booth. As I pulled up closer, she leaned way back so I could no longer see her & did not respond. smh

In one word, the Parking Spot is convenient. The fact that the Spot is located near the airport, frees up travelers from spending a long time looking for a secure place to park, and is affordably priced that I use them every time I fly out of Newark Airport. The shuttle service means I don't have far to walk when I drop off my car and when I pick it up on my return.
