GREAT SERVICE AND PRICING, QUICK DROP OFF AND PICK-UP

Easy in, Easy out. First time user so my price was more then fair, and the pick up, drop off shuttles worked as expected. Can’t ask for more then that.

Very easy to reserve and to enter the lot. The gate attendant was very helpful when I pulled in the wrong lot. My car was undercover and I felt safe leaving it there for the length of our trip

I have used your covered parking facilities many times over the years and can't think of any negatives. It's easy to enter your lot, your shuttles to the airport terminals typically come within a reasonable amount of time, and pickup times from the terminal back to your lot are also reasonable. So, I'm happy as-is so I don't have any suggestions for changes.

Booking online reservations are easy & prices are reasonable. The drivers are polite, helpful and safe. Pick up & drp off at the airport are timely. And, the staff is very helpful.

I liked that I could reserve ahead of time and that there is an app to manage the service. I felt safe at all times and the drivers were kind and helpful. Super convenient...will never park at the airport again.

This Spot location at Bradley Airport is convenient to the airport. I have been using this location for 30 years, even before it was The Spot. Most of the time I use the valet parking, but recently started using the self-parking. They have “points” system for parking, and I have used many times towards a stay. They participate in AAA. The self-park staff is very reliable, friendly, and most helpful. Their app is up to date and easy to use.

It was easy to navigate everything from the booking to the actual check-in/out. When you have to fret about so many other things when you travel, it was nice not to have to worry about our vehicle and the process at the Parking Spot. Thank you!
