I had an issue with the Parking spot South service and pick up following a return flight. I voiced my concerns in feedback. I was contacted by a member of the staff to explain why the situation happened. After some dialogue, Mr. Cavazos explained to me the dilemma and we came to an agreement that it would be sent to the corporate offices. Hopefully this will help others in the future. The company did address my issue and Mr. Cavazos was a tremendous help and willing to listen.
These things happen and are fairly rare for me with Parking Spot as I use them quite often.
