Pick up and drop off at my car!
Convenience, affordability and courteous driver staff. I encountered one that was rather trite and rude in giving directions where to park. Ended up parking in the wrong spot and didn't know it was not the designated parking spot. This incident happened a year ago.
Location. Quick pickup.
Your drivers are spot on when I get to my spot. They are kind and friendly. I like that I just use a barcode to get in and the driver gives me a ticket with my car location on it. I love it!!
The drop off process is good, but I would encourage a spotted sign to be placed outside for the return. Directions describe where to go but you get outside baggage claim Ns there are no signs to stand there and the bus passes you to go to departures but comes back. A few others were also co fused by this. Would definitely book again!
Quick and easy and shuttles arrive often
Everything went smoothly. We were picked up at park 'n ride promptly and same with arrival back to town.
Convenient and well priced
Easy to book through the app, great prices, and wonderful/reliable shuttle service
Parking is safe and transport to and from EWR is usually very quick.
Good Service and Timely
Quick in and out. Shuttle pick up fast.
Great customer service!
The service was perfect for us. We will definitely use you again in the near future!!
Covered parking and nice drivers.
Very polite and helpful staff. The area is safe and secure. Quick response to pick you up. Grateful that you pick up and return us right to our vehicle.
Convenient pickup, not crowded and USUALLY pretty prompt on pickup.
Quick pick up and drop off. Always a good spot to park. Been parking with Park N Fly since the early 70's. :)
Easy reservation setup, drivers always present for pickup at the parking spot location and upon return at airport, app works great, membership has its rewards and friendly/professional staff. Thank you
The staff is always so friendly, pickup is fast, and the prices are great!
Prompt professional service
Great service.
Easy to use and friendly staff
Prompt shuttle service. Friendly drivers.
Quick, sufficient and friendly staff. Every part from dropping our car off and picking it up one week later ran very smoothly.
STaff and facility were great. Will always use when travel away is somewhat short in length.
Easy travel experience
Amazing 10/10 we extended our stay in Florida and ended up buying a car and driving home canceled our flights and drove back up to home and grabbed our car on the way. We didn’t have to do anything except pay at the end of the stay. Original price of our trip was $54 and for and extra 3 days total price was only $69. I was so impressed and happy. Been using them for the past 7 years and have never had an issue.
Polite staff. Very efficient process. Pricing is good.
I love the Parking Spot! They are always running specials and you can use other discounts as well. It’s so convenient and close to all airline terminals. I think the drivers are nice and helpful. Very prompt in picking you up taking you to terminals and picking you up from your flights. Their website is easy to use as well. I wouldn’t use any other company than the Parking Spot.
