Covered parking is great. Drivers are nice and the attendant at the booth could tell we were worn out and offered me a cold bottle of water.

And 2 JFK buses come and go before a Will Clayton 1 bus. When it did arrive there was a full bus load of folks waiting to load!

Everything! This was my first experience with Parking Spot. Let me say it was a good one ... we pulled up into our parking space, and the driver immediately picked us up. He loaded our bags and we were off. But the return trip home was even better... It was late, near midnight, we all were tired, cranky, and thirsty. We walked right to the Parking Spot van at the airport. The driver loaded our bags and took us right to our vehicle and unloaded our bags for us. Perfect customer service, but the best part was as we were leaving, I saw free bottled water!!! I don't know why, but i really appreciated that so much. It was a lifesaver because we had no water in the vehicle and everybody was so thirsty, but everyone wanted just wanted to get home too. Thank you! You will see us again.
