Super fast shuttle and friendly service
The drivers on 10/29 and 11/3 were excellent. They loaded and unloaded our bags. One even put them into our trunk. We always tip generously. We appreciate the kind and helpful attitudes. We drive further to use BWI because of The Parking Spot. Thank you.

I have been parking at The Parking Spot #1 for many years. The one complaint I do have is that you need more shuttles for Spot #1 during peak times.

I loved that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car! They helped with both the loading and unloading of my luggage. The drivers were very courteous and polite. Everything that was promised in the add was delivered in full! I will definitely be using the parking spot the next time I travel out of town.
