It is close to a perfect system. The app works great, Easy to navigate the parking lot. The bus picks you up almost immediately from you car spot and upon your return from airport.

I thought at first that I wouldn’t like the prepay, but after using it several times it is very convenient. The drivers are courteous and efficient. Had to get used to the new buses with the West sign on the front🤭

The service was easy and friendly. We parked and the shuttle showed up immediately behind us, no wait. The driver loaded our bags and we were off to the airport and dropped off at the appropriate area based on the airline we were flying with. The driver also explained for us to return to the same area for pickup. Our return flight arrived about 30 mins early however when we walked to the pickup area a shuttle was pulling up without us having to contact anyone or notify them of the changes. Top tier service when you’re ready to get home!
