Friendly service when you arrive at the location. Then the pick up and transportation to the airport is smooth. As far as the return it has been very smooth as well. Also to all the staff that are very friendly and accommodating.
Shuttle volumes seems to be increasing because wait times at airport have improved. Staff is pleasant.

We always park at Parking Spot 2 because of the ease of getting in and out, free shuttle service to and from the terminal, and the price is cheaper than taking ride share to the airport on trips 5 days or less. Last trip we walked out of baggage claim and the van pulled up, loaded and at our car in less than ten minutes. Zipped right out of the lot, grabbed a water and on the freeway headed home. This is the normal, only one trip in the last ten that we waited 10 minutes for the shuttle bus during a high volume time. Every spot is covered in the Phoenix location.

Everything is great actually. Location, service, shuttle. Only reason for not giving a 10 is that your standard rates are too high. Fortunately I can avail myself with a corporate rate but otherwise this would shun me away from your facility and choose a cheaper one despite the great everything. I don’t see many offers either, but perhaps I’m not on your list.
