Guest Testimonials
Very friendly staff. Very dependable.
I love everything about the Parking Spot at Haynes! It’s easy to reserve online. The price is better than airport long term parking prices! Everyone that works there, from the attendants, the drivers to the cashier at exit, are pleasant and helpful!! I love that the driver gave me a little card with my self-parking spot location listed on it, as well as instructions on where to go at EWR upon my return! And the transit time from the parking to the airport terminal is minutes!! Thank you!
I like the reliability, the courteous drivers, the timely service, the rewards program, and the cost.
Convenient
Everything is amazing... have a plenty of good spaces and so organized... excellent and very fast shuttle to terminals with a great help and respect 🙏 thank you
Quick shuttle access at lot and at LAX
I like the frequency of the buses and quickness to the airport from the Fly lot.
Prompt shuttles. Labelled stalls.
It was close to the airport, easy to get on and off. But upon my return, the machine to scan the ticket was not connected to the internet. I then had to find a way out… it did take a time, but i did find an exit that did work!
Frequent shuttles, predictable and reliable experience.
Great product (less expensive than Uber or parking at airport). Great Service both on entering and van service to/from the airport.
Convenient with excellent customer service.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Plus the service is very fast and affordable.
Good serbvice but always trouble finding our car on return.

Prompt friendly service
Loved the convenience. Picked me up and dropped me off at my car. There always seems to be a bus waiting and ready at the parking spot and at the airport. Friendly.
Easy access. No worries about someone being there.
As always, the driver was eager to help us getting our luggage on board the shuttle.
On the return trip, same thing!
It's 9great service!
Excellent service and friendly team
The GPS directions for the address were a bit difficult, but it was convenient that they gave us a direct pickup and drop-off right at the self-parking spot.
First time using your parking service. The drivers were very courteous and within no time we were at the airport. When we returned home again the driver was there to pick us up within minutes. Prompt courteous service at a great price. I highly recommend The Parking Spot and will always use them
The person when we arrived wasn't very pleasant but everything else was flawless. Thank you for always being amazing.
