Easy to find, easy to park, friendly drivers, fast service. I wish it was a little cheaper, but it beats most of the parking lot I've ever done at other airports.
Parking was very easy, same with pick up. The valet service made leaving and coming home a breeze. All staff was friendly and treated my car with care!
Ease of it all. No problem with the shuttle to and from the airport. I flew international and the shuttle every 30 minutes was spot on. The drivers were very nice and helpful. I only had one problem. I am 5ft tall so I had to open my car door to reach the scanner at the intrance and exit. 😂. (short person problems)

The Parking Spot is convenient with plenty of space for parking. Shuttles are readily available for both pickup and drop off throughout the day. Drivers are nice and online reservations are very easy to complete.

I like how the QR code made it so easy and effortless for me to enter and exit the lot!! I love how as soon as i arrived there was a bus waiting for me and also as soon as i got back into Houston! I also appreciate Clifford who did a great job and was an amazing man!!
Parking lot is easy to access from I95. Shuttles are prompt and the drivers are very helpful. Web site reservation system works very well.
It's right next to the hotels I use and it is quicker than parking in long term parking at MSP. Car to door service is great. I especially like that when I arrive at the pickup area and open the app it notifies Parking Spot that I am ready to be picked up.

Quick easy and assessable via internet and phone
Fast and reliable
The bus picks me up where I park, don’t need to walk anywhere. And driver helps me put my heavy suitcase in, then takes it out for me at the terminal. On the way back, the bus is always there within minutes and drops me off at my exact parking spot.
Prompt at 3 AM in the morning!! Awesome!
Your location is convenient, the shuttle drivers are courteous and on time. Checking in and out is easy.
However, the shuttle vehicles are in need of some repairs. l believe the construction roads at the airport may be the cause of all the rattles and bumpy ride.
