We lost our keys at the parking spot and when we called to report it the person on the phone was so incredibly kind and genuinely cared about our situation. She was very prompt and even looked after her shift on her own. While the keys were not found, the level of care was much appreciated!

Had a flat tire when I returned. Your night manager was soooo helpful and 15 minutes later I was driving down the road with my tire full of air! Very sharp manager and team there in the SLC location! Have referred sooo many people there. Had a similar experience at the on-site airport parking a few years ago and it took 2 - 3 hours to get going again vs. 15 minutes. Thanks so much!

It is so easy to get in, get picked up at your car & dropped off at the terminal. The return service is just as easy. We don't worry about our car while we are gone like we do when in regular airport parking.
