Our pickup from the lot to the terminal was initially a bit slow, but we were not in a rush. Pickup from the terminal to the lot was wonderfully quick. We had to call, because we were not sure where the van would pick us up? The person on the phone was very helpful and directed us correctly! Yes, we will use the service again!!

The process is great. Using the app makes it super easy to reserve, get in, find my shuttle, pay and leave.
The attendants and drivers are kind, which is crucial for me.
My only wish would be a spot inside each reservation to either make note of my parking space or snap a pic of it. When I come home, I am exhausted, and it's literally difficult to remember the space number between the time I hand over the ticket to the time we arrive at my car. It's almost never easy to see the car from my seat on the shuttle. And it should be almost automatic - for example: Scan the QR code, and a screen pops up "Click here when you park, and make note of your space number!"
