Convenience and cost

Been parking there for decades. Retired now so not so often anymore. Close to airport and pretty quick shuttles. I like the deals for 7+ days - good for vacation parking.

I like parking fairly close to the airport and getting dropped off, your employees have always been friendly, I like your delta airlines discount and love the free car wash.

Very friendly and convenient with reasonable price.

Timely and courteous. Easy checkout

The shuttle service.

I've used the Parking Spot for years. Each and every time the parking was easy and the employees worked hard to help you if needed and get you to your gate in a timely manner.

Everything, from I’m booking to picking up and leaving. They are all friendly and very accommodating, and the drivers are also very helpful. I also love the app points, and would recommend anyone who is needing to park to fly to Midway fix the parking spot!

It is a nice place to keep your car safe while traveling.

Easy grea locations. Simple and clear parking. Great shuttle service in both directions. That is why I always use The Parking Spot.

It’s easy and convenient

Fairly quick

Shuttle, safe parking location and proximity to the airport.

Just easy to get to the airport. Employees are great.

Everything was great from driver to prompt pick up and drop off!

The driver was professional and friendly! He got us to the international side without any issues. Thank you!

frequent shuttle to the airport; efficient parking tickets handed out (with the location where you parked your car) and all you have to do is give it to the driver on your return; friendly staff; self-check in and check out; frequent promotions.

Prompt and on time. Cost.ane most drivers are courteous.

I like the prompt service and mostly friendly drivers.
What I think needs improvement
The buses need inside repairs, they rattle a lot, the tv monitors used to work but not any more. They used to look a lot more professional.

Gracias
