Van is right there as you park your car. Very helpful drivers. Upon return to BWI, Van is right there to pick you up and drop you off. Safe well lit lot.

I like them, but this time I waited by my car for about 15 minutes. When I came home, I head that there were 600 people that waited the day before. Maybe more drivers and vans need to be added to your fleet. If this is a new trend, I will probably just park at the airport.

Valet service was extremely easy and your staff took great care of the car from the drop off to pickup. It made trip worry free.
