The car-to-door service and the shorter wait than I usually have when I have parked in airport remote parking. I was also glad to have covered parking.
My driver on the way back was really lovely. I wanted to tip him but didn't have cash and didn't see a QR code. You need a better way for customers to tip.
They are fast and get you to airport and back to spot within about 10-15 minutes max. The staff is friendly and helpful with your bags! Being some cash for a tip!

Once we understood the process I felt great about using parking spot. The driver picked us up at our car, he even put the luggage in the trunk for us when we got dropped off.
I was worried about the safety of our car I til we met someone on the plane that leaves his work car there every weekend and flies home and back again on Monday. If he can go all the time without issues, that says a lot!
