Entry way staff are very helpful and courteous. Once inside, both the covered and uncovered options are spacious and feel safe. The van drivers are very helpful with luggage and even assist with putting into my trunk if requested. The van drive to the airport is brief and the roads and the ride there are smooth. Good value. Flight arrived 1 hour early about 0600. Called and expected to get robot, but live person answered. Gave clear instructions about pickup location. Only waited a few minutes for shuttle to arrive. Driving out exit and live person asked if we needed assistance. Only suggestion is a sign / bigger sign to show where to enter parking lot. First time user may drive past it.
