The shuttle was available when I arrived. I was irritated when making the reservation that prices increased. I was frustrated that there’s now two price options-one for the shuttle to pick me up close to my car and the cheaper price if I walked to a pickup area, although there was a lack of information on what exactly that looks like.

I never have to wait long for a shuttle. I also always get dropped off at the Airport terminal.

The security that limits the people entering the parking lot and the person leaving in a car has to show their QR code.

There is almost always a bus waiting to take you to the airport. When u fly back to BNA you can call when you get your bags and if they aren't waiting to pick you up they will be there in 5 - 10 minutes. the drivers are always friendly and they put your bags on and take them off for you when you get to the airport

Quick & easy to schedule. Shuttle picked me up at my car & got me to the terminal. My car was safe while I was away. My return flight landed after midnight & with a quick call, the shuttle was waiting for me when I exited the terminal.

I always have great service. The driver was so helpful in giving me directions to get back on the highway I needed and I asked for a landmark fir the turn and she showed me. Super job! Always will book with The Parking Spot East.

easy parking lots of space and secured 6/5 when I park that day forgot to set the alarm it worried me but came back on 6/8 all fine don't tell my wife cause didn't tell her that's honest the truth
