I landed at Atlanta and after a walk that will get your blood flowing....we had to wait 20 plus minutes for a Parking Spot 2 bus to arrived. It was a windy and cold sunday afternoon. I like PS 2 but really 20 plus minutes?????

I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were able to get to the airport and how quickly we were picked up and returned to the lot at the end of our trip. I'm glad to see that the parking spot seems to be getting its customer service back to the high level we used to experience.

Yall need a better process for family picking up family or dropping off family. It was ridiculous what we had to go through to pick up family that paid to park there. Everything else was great!!

Super fast coordinated pickup just as I was exiting my car on the way out. And the bus was there when I was coming back - timing couldn't be better.
Took me a min to understand the free carwash (the sign had diff. prices as well) - didnt know all I had to do was enter the code; but that was a nice bonus.
The bus driver who took me out on Fly was super communicative - that was great.
