Love the ease of finding parking as well as safe and clean space. Shuttle is always on time. Drivers are courteous, friendly and always have a "How May I assist YOU?" attitude.

The assistance upon entering the lot was great. The drivers were friendly and helped with bags. The driver that picked up at airport saw us running to catch the shuttle waited and loaded our luggage into my vehicle. The assistance at the exit gate was pleasant.
I really like the covered parking. I use The Parking Spot every time my wife and I fly out of KCI. It is easy to use. The Parking Spot Busses are always prompt to take us to the terminal. When we return there is always a bus there to take us to our vehicle. The bus drivers are always friendly and helpful.
