The whole process is great. From the time you arrive, service is awesome. The shuttle picks you up at your vehicle, the driver helps with the bags, and the trip to the airport is quick. The shuttle picks you up when you land and you don't have to wait more than 10 minutes or so for the pickup. You are then taken directly back to your vehicle, bags removed from the shuttle, and the check-out process is fast and efficient.

Close to the airport, and very efficient shuttle service. The app has been improved/updated and the drivers are aware the passengers are waiting at the shuttle stop! We have had very positive experiences at both the A and B lot!
