I don't have to wait in line to get into the parking lot. I am able to reserve my spot ahead of time, but also able to arrive and get into the lot. The drivers are very helpful and able to provide us assistance with luggage. Also, I can make it to the airport relaxed knowing my car is parked safely and secure.
Once you figure out how to use the web site entry and exit, if done within the scheduled times, are easy with the QR code.
