Great service and friendly staff
We love the parking spot and always recommend it. The only thing I would suggest is somewhere in the reservation you ask for the number of people in your party. We flew international this weekend and had 4 in our group. The first bus could not hold everyone waiting so we needed to wait for the next bus. The international buses run every 30 minutes so it's a bit of a wait after a long flight. Either run every 15 on regular basis or have more vans during peak times, which are given during the reservation process.
close to airport. ALWAYS have a bus ready to pick-up almost as soon as I park. easy on, easy off. Pick-up after arriving back is stress-free. Just keep the little ticket you get when you first get on the bus (it has your parking slot number on it), hand it to the driver and sit back and relax till you are dropped off right at your car. NICE. Have been using them for the past 6 years.

Easy, Easy, Easy !! Much cheaper to leave my vehicle here than an uber or limo! Been using the parking space for many years and never once had a problem! Professional, polite, and nice people!

At first, we were very impressed with your website and app. Then when it came to to arriving at your location we could not be happier. The lot was well covered and well maintained. The driver over to the airport was very helpful and friendly. When we arrived back home, our driver from the airport to the lot was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely use Parking Spot again when air traveling.

Being a member, I like the perks of sales and accumulating points. The shuttle is always right there waiting when we park and we usually don’t have to wait for long at the airport. Drivers are usually friendly.
Easy in and easy out
Convient pick up by very helpful drivers. Load luggage onto the shuttle and take off and take it to your car. Very pleasant drivers. Parking spaces are wide enough to get out and into the car without the worry of hitting the vehicle beside you. Location is back off the main drag, but with GPS no problems to find. Only a short distance to the terminal, and dropped off at your airlines terminal. Parking fees are very reasonable and they have promos you can take advantage of for even greater prices. I would recommend the Parking Spot West!!!!!
