Convenient economic and secure
Very convenient. And very nice workers.
Easy access, reliable shuttle
I don't travel that often, but I always book a space at The Parking Spot. Everyone is so friendly and professional, from the gate attendants at the entry to the drivers to the folks at the exit. This last time, the driver on my return visit could not have been nicer. I just had a handful of quarters to tip her with, but she smiled at me broadly and said, "That's okay. Thank you. I have to do the wash." She made my day!
Easy process for checking in and out. Pick up at parking slot.
I love the convenience of parking and having a little help with my bags. It is so much more convenient than long term parking at the airport.
Friendly staff, quick shuttle service.

Door-to-door shuttle service 24/7.
door to door service, friendly drivers, affordable
I like the convenience and cost of using the Parking Spot. The only unpleasant feedback I can offer is that the AC was broken in the shuttle we used last week, and it was very uncomfortably hot in the vehicle. Aside from that, all was good.
The Drivers are very helpful and considerate.
Convenient
We have used Parking Spot for several years and are very happy with it. A van always seems to be circulating in the lot for quick pickup and the color scheme makes the van easily identifiable at the airport at the other end. Great drivers, very helpful with luggage.
Very convenient valet service.
Buses are readily available and drop off at car
Timely pickup. Friendly and helpful drivers.
