The Parking Spot is so easy to use! The staff at check-in process is so easy and the staff are exceptional nice! The shuttles are always clean, and the drivers are super friendly and professional.

For me, PS East is convenient, its right off the highway, I usually make a reservation prior to trip, but recently it was a last minute decision to use the service. I am able to get in and park with ease, a shuttle is usually right there for pickup. The drivers are always nice and helpful. I do wish there waa actual people there to help especially at the exit.

Very convenient. The drivers were very courteous and the vans arrived very promptly

But one thing disappointed me.........

I paid to park in a covered lot. Upon my return I found the roof and hood of my car covered with bird droppings from birds nesting up under the garage roof. Arriving home I had to wash the car, in the dark, to protect the paint from contact with the bird droppings. Very inconvenient after traveling all day. The next time I use The Parking Spot I will park in the uncovered lot. The covered lot does not protect a car.

My driver who took me from the lot to the airport was fabulous. She helped with the bags, she worked non-stop, she was pleasant, and she was efficient.

I love the ease of parking, getting on the shuttle then dropped off right where I need to go! The drivers are always very helpful and friendly and the customer service is great if there is any problems.

It is easy to make a reservation. There is no waiting when arriving or leaving. The service is excellent and the price is very fair. Staff are pleasant and friendly.

Convenient with very prompt shuttles and helpful drivers and staff. The price was very good too. I have left my vehicle there several times. as well as at the BWI West lot, and never had any issues at all. Great company with wonderful employees.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle was waiting when we arrived. Only a couple minutes wait when we arrived back at the airport. And water as we departed for our drive home!
