Ease of use. Proximity to the airport.
By having the app on my phone, the Parking Spot knew when I landed at Newark and was able to direct me to the proper pickup spot for the shuttle. I could see where the various shuttles were on the app while we waited. The wait was not long and the car was ready when we arrived.

I will say the buses need an upgrade as they are very bumpy ( need shocks or struts). I know they get used all the time but we pay a good amount and they could use an upgrade.

Most of the spots are covered. The airport shuttle (to and from). You have a ticket to remind you where you are parked. Driver's are helpful and friendly. Air conditioner on the shuttle.

The shuttle driver showed up shortly after I parked. He was very friendly and took me right to the airport. When i returned the shuttle driver was also very friendly and was already there waiting for passengers to pick up.
