I travel for a living, so I’m in and out of airports quite a bit, and I have to say, The Parking Spot at BNA made the whole process incredibly easy.
With the traffic and hassle at most airports, I couldn’t believe how convenient this was. You literally download the app, reserve your spot, show up, and you’re done. Wham, bam—it’s that simple.
What really sold me was coming home. I got off the plane, walked to the pickup area, hopped right on the shuttle, and was back at my car incredibly fast. I honestly think I got to my car faster than I would have if I had parked in one of the airport garages and had to walk all the way back to it.
It was easy, convenient, and took basically all the stress out of airport parking. I will 100% be using The Parking Spot every single time I fly out of BNA from now on. If you travel much at all, it’s kind of a no-brainer.
Once I parked the van was there to pick me up and take me to the terminal.

Your app is extremely easy to reserve a spot. I do wish that you were not penalized for paying at booking by not being able to cancel prepaid reservations. The staff is exceptionally kind and eager to help.

Ease of parking.... easy in, easy out
I usually use the valet services in the winter time, so I don't have to clean snow off my car when I return late at night. Self park works most of the other times and can be a savings when traveling frequently.
It's fairly easy to use via the app once you get the hang of it.
