It was easy and convenient. The drivers were excellent. Also we were picked up quickly when we arrived back at BWI.

One con - I find that it is cheaper for us to park at the airport when we plan to go away next time.

It took about 40 minutes to make it to my gate after being picked up at my car, I’m glad I got to the airport extra early. I was the first person on the bus and the second to last to get off. That said, it was a full bus and we had to stop at every terminal to drop.

I had the BEST experience ever both arriving and leaving Parking Spot South. I always use this lot and have been very pleased with the process in the past, but this time the DRIVERS made the difference. My poor driver that dropped me off did so with patience and compassion, as my departure gate changed not just gates but terminals twice from the time he picked me up to dropping me off. I was so appreciate of his kindness.

My driver that took me back to my car, put my luggage in my car as if it was the normal procedure and because I had mentioned parking facing out, just in case my old car ever had problems, he insisted that I crank it up before he drove away.

I will not forget these drivers kindness! Of course I left them both at tip, but they deserve to be congratulated on excellent customer service. Thank you again!

Easy to enter at the lot and the bus or shuttle leave you right at the front of your airline. You need to put a QR code so we can tip the driver.

It was pretty efficient. I liked being picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. And, the driver asking customers to start their car before he departs, is good addition.
