Access and getting to the airport fast
Easy to make reservations. Once we arrived, the shuttle driver followed us to our spot and helped load our luggage. When we returned to SFO I used the app to see where the shuttle was located. Luckily it was at our terminal and we ran to catch it. Again driver helped us load our luggage. Dropped us off at our parking spot and we were able to get on our way home quickly.
Great price for airport parking. Shuttle was quick and never waited too long. Pick up and drop off at your cars location. Very convenient

It’s so easy to get to. The process to call the shuttle was easy and fast. The driver delivers me right to my car and waited for me to find my keys. She helped me with my baggage too. I like the book in advance discount.

I like that the shuttle drops you off and picks you up at your car and that the driver takes care of taking your bag on and off the shuttle.
What makes me MAD though is you charge a reservation fee. That fee was always waived when booking with an AAA discount when it was still only Park N Fly before it was bought by Parking Spot.
The gentleman took me back to my car so I could get my phone and my keys before my flight I'm sorry I didn't get his name but it was early in the morning on April 25th..
I thought that was great customer service.
