Great place to park. People are super friendly.
quick and efficient
Covered and secure. I feel parking at PS premium is more secure than using the airports garages. The pick up and drop off is convenient, not perfect, but it works. DFW is so spread out it would be difficult to have a perfect pick up and drop off solution. I would love to get to and from the terminal quicker, but for me security of my vehicle is a priority.

They are very professional and on point with pick ups and drop offs. I use to go to parking spot 2 for years, but parking spot 2 is better.
Quick and efficient.
No one to contact if you have an issue. I reserved my spot. QR code wouldn't work. I was told to email. However there is no one to answer email on the weekends. There is no one to talk to on weekends. I tried to make a new reservation so I could at least park my car to get to the airport. System wouldn't let me make a new reservation because I already had an existing reservation. The lady at the gate finally helped me. On the way out, the lady at the gate had to help me again due to QR issue. (there was also an issue with my reservation - my fault - I put in that I would be leaving at 4AM instead of 4PM. so that was on me.) However, the fact that the QR wouldn't scan and there is no one at customer service to help is ridiculous. I have been using Parking Spot for years and I will continue to use. However, customer service should always be available.

The kid goes to school in Texas. We use the Spot for times they come home for a visit. The experience has always been smooth.
