When we arrived, there was a bus waiting already and the driver also directed us to an open parking spot. When we were leaving the airport, we saw the bus we needed pulling away, but the driver graciously and safely pulled over to let us get on instead of waiting for another but to come. Very pleasant experience.

The process and speed of getting clients in facilities, pick and drop off. The drivers were very polite, respectable, and knowledgeable.
Shuttles are clean and regular. Bottle of water is always a welcome way to start the ride home too.
The day we left many of the drivers had called out so bus service was a long wait. Pick up at the airport was easy and quick.
