Been using the Parking Spot for years without any issues . Great value and pickup service, always appreciate the free water on exit.
have always loved the location and shuttle options. really like what TPSW is doing to add more covered parking. drivers are always friendly and helpful !
Prices are reasonable , only bad part was waiting almost 15-20 min to pick up bus to get to our cars
Easy access to expressways
0130 am, six second check out. 11 days about the same as an uber or taxi but more reliable, less walking and our car. Done it before, do it again
It’s easy to book online and I get to choose where I park my car. Also I don’t have to leave my keys. The shuttle picks me up and drops me back directly at my car and I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle either way. The shuttle driver was very kind, polite and friendly.
I feel like my car is safe while I am away.
I like that it's covered and the quick pickup to the Airport is nice too.
Easy to get in and get out. Cost was better than on airport.
Convenient and easy.

Easy to find and everyone is really nice.
I like that they are there when you arrive even though they run every 5 to 10 mins. Easy directions to get there. And easy process in and out. They also give you free water when you leave, which was much needed after long travels
Very kind and helpful when we returned from vacation and car was dead and we needed a tow truck
Shuttle drivers need to be able and willing to lift bags on and off the shuttle.
Smooth operation.
