The promptness of the drivers, the Parking Spot app is very convenient. In my opinion, this is the best off-airport parking out of all of the options.
I do have feedback on the international parking lot. I was traveling on vacation a week ago and had to park at Parking Spot 1, I think there should be more than one shuttle to transport to and from the airport. Is it possible to have a parking 'area" for pickup, I waited for 20 minutes for a shuttle to come to my end of the large lot, I was passed at least 3 times, not sure why. I just think it would be easier if for this large lot and because it seems to have limited shuttles/drivers that if there was a designated area to stand and wait for shuttle that would make a lot of customers happy. The Domestic side is perfect, I never have issues on that side, and it seems to have several shuttles running simultaneously, so I'm not stressed when I have to park in that lot.
It’s easy to make a reservation and I appreciate the automatic discounts applied. Also, when it’s time to get picked up, it’s incredibly easy to “spot” the yellow spotted pick up vehicle.
The free car wash is nice as well! And of course, the friendly staff.
You get picked up and dropped off from your vehicle and the wait time is less than 5 mins.
it was good except when we arrive early Saturday. Buses were circling around the faculty but was a while before one came and picked us up.
