Probably the best experience I’ve had since the change to Parking Spot. Shuttle was expeditious and the driver was super helpful, as well as friendly. He was probably one of the most professional encounters we’ve had. We forgot to make a reservation and still got a spot. It would’ve been nice to get my Platinum Member discount.

First time user. Parking was easy to reserve, easy to locate and service was outstanding. The shuttle picked me up as soon as I parked and when I returned it was waiting for me at the airport shuttle stop. The drivers were courteous and helpful. It was efficient and economic.

Very fast service and love they drop you exactly back to your car and the drivers are always happy to assist with your luggage.

All of the drivers are friendly, very helpful and courteous. The cashiers are always friendly and polite. We love the service.

Never have to wait but a few minutes on the return and I have always had the shuttle pull up to our vehicle before we even have our bags unloaded.

Ease of parking and pick up

There is always someon at tbd entry gate to help. The drivers meet you at you car, liad your luggsge and give you a reminder card. Always great service
