Other than the easy parking, bus ride to and from the airport, when we arrived at out car on Saturday June 6th, we had a completely flat left rear tire. I asked the bus driver if Triple A would be able to enter the secured parking lot. He informed me that you provide a service which can put air back into the tire. He put about half the needed air and then asked me to follow him to a true air compressor for tires. He then inflated the rest of the tire, even a bit mote, so that I could leave. I was just about able to get to the car dealership where ti replaced the tire because the tire could not be repaired. The distance from the parking lot to the dealership is approximately thirty five miles. Thank you so much for the service you provided to me that day. I have been parking at the Parking Spot for over forty years and I certainly will continue to use your facility whenever we fly out of Bradley. Thanks again for your fantastic help.....

How courteous the drivers are. How fast the service is for pick up to and from airport.The parking is great. The area where the park lot is great for me. I would recommend 100 percent to anyone to avoid the traffic at the airport

When I returned a week later your bus driver had turned them in and by the grace of God your manager came and opened the list and found draw and there they were. Thank you for making your drivers check their bus after their runs as this could have been a disaster— I had to drive my team mates home that evening at 11 pm:)
