I like the fact that the shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle and the driver will assist with your luggage if needed. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
On my latest trip, the young man that was my driver on the return to the Parking Spot lot was so friendly, courteous, and professional. I am sorry that I cannot remember his name, but he just stood out as on exemplary employee! This was Thursday 5/21 at 12:30pm. He told me his shift had just started at 12 Noon.

Great facility, easy transportation to & from ATL International Terminal. Initial wait for shuttle was long due to shift change.
