Recently I have been disappointed that drivers did not load luggage iti open car door and barely helped lifting luggage up the stairs to Van. In past they’ve been so good about that. The 2 drivers on rent trip did not smile once.

Something happened when we arrived at my car. The shuttle driver said he would wait until my car started and I was ok! That is excellent customer service...that is why I continue to use The Spot Parking!!!!
