The ease of dropping off our vehicle was great. The bus driver was very courteous and handled all of our luggage for us. Love the convenience. The only thing I wish was a little clearer is that the location for the shuttle to pick up on your return could have been marked a little clearer.
The drivers load and unload luggage, and provide a card with the parking location. When returning, the driver requests the card and drives right to your vehicle. Shuttles are timely - don't have to wait very long.

I appreciated the pricing - it was more affordable than me taking an Uber to and from the airport. I also liked the app and the ease and convenience of having everything at my fingertips. Lastly, everything ran smoothly from the shuttles picking us up quickly, to them being ready when we returned, to the no cost reservation extension when my plane was delayed on the return home.
