The scheduling is easy. We rarely have to wait for a shuttle when we park. The last time we needed to catch the shuttle at the airport we walked up and go right on one, and were the first people dropped off in the parking lot. That does not always happen, but it was very smooth for us a week ago.

Incredibly seamless experience! Entry and exit were simple using the QR code. The shuttle was loading just as we arrived to go to the airport, and on our return, the wait at the designated pickup spot was only 10 minutes. The driver and booth attendant were both highly professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Easy in and out, Cost is fair. What would be great is to clean the pavement to help prevent the dust / dirt on luggage and cars. I realize the wind dust can't be helped however the parking area is in need of some level of street sweep cleaning.

The Parking Spot is a reliable and trusted part of our travel. The facility is large but seems to be run very well. Of course for me, the important part of any service are the individuals who work for them and the quality of the interactions we have on a personal level. Not only were we transported to the airport quickly and courteously, the employees always seem to truly enjoying their work. Air travel is not enjoyable these days but it is alway great to see our "old friends" at the Parking Spot and counting on them to make this part of the journey enjoyable.

I like that you picked us up from our parking spot. Also, you were fast picking us up and taking us to our destination. The whole process was easy!!

Friendly and efficient

I love using the Parking Spot East lot. All of the drivers are friendly and helpful and I always have a good experience when I leave my car there. I love their rewards program too. Because of their rewards program I was able to use my points for two days of parking for my last trip. I never have to wait long for the shuttle to pick my up after I park my car. When I return from my trip all I have to do is call the Parking Lot number and they send a shuttle in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Parking Spot!

I love the ease of The Parking Spot. Upon arrival you are greeted and assisted with your luggage while you check in at the desk and then whisked off to the airport. Once you return there is a shuttle waiting on uou and your car is waiting as soon as you pull in. I will always book when flying.
