It is a very convenient place to leave your vehicle. Zip in and park, then take the shuttle to the airport, where you'll be dropped off at your airline. Pick up when you return if it's quick and easy... hence, getting to your car is a no-brainer. We have used the Parking Spot on numerous occasions and haven't had an issue.

As always services were great, I had racked up enough frequent points for a free stay on this last visit. With QR automation, I was in and out very quickly. The Driver was also very friendly as they always are, and that is why we are repeat customers.

Your location was easy to find. I like the shuttle service. Drivers were friendly and courteous.

I love being able to park and the shuttle comes right to you and your car, and then they help you with your bags. I've used your services several times now, and the Parking Spot drivers have all been very helpful and friendly.
I've used another parking service where you have to go to the nearest shuttle stop, which can add more stress trying to get to your flight or when trying to get back home. Especially when you're parked the farthest away from the stop.

I wasn’t going to park my car at the airport, but my uber cancelled on me and the last option I had was driving to the airport. In a pinch, you guys came thru. Service was great (as always). I appreciate your service and will continue to use you!

Proximity to the airport is very good. A couple of things were an issue with our arrival - the van is definitely in need of service, the rear shocks were near unresponsive and slammed us every time we went over a bump, and unfortunately the driver went to the Century lot instead of the Sepulveda lot. This was a bummer of a mistake when it's already 11:30pm and we are all tired from travel.
Since the Parking Spot does charge a premium for their service compared to other lots, I think these issues need to be looked at.

It was easy to reserve a spot before we came plus I had a savings coupon. It was easy to get to for us, and they pick you up at your car and return you to your car after your trip. Bus was available when we got back right away. We have not flown since 2019 so it was nice to know the services are still great. We love the Spot
