Parking lot worked great, just crowded on return trip and had to wait for a few different shuttles to get on.

The covered parking. The convenience of the van at the car to pick up and drop off. The assistance of moving luggage in and out of the van is very helpful. Friendly drivers when we arrive. The ease of checking in and out is wonderful. And THE COLD WATER AS WE EXIT IS SO GOOD!

quick and convenient. I make a reservation so you know I am coming and no matter what time of the day I arrive, I have never waited over 2-3 minutes for a shuttle. I appreciate this so much because it takes away an added stress that I don't need on a travel day when it is already hard enough to figure out how much time to give yourself to drive to the airport (what if there is traffic or an accident) and once you get there you have to account for the time it takes to check a bag and get through security. The Parking Spot 3 is reliable and quick and easy! I recommend it to everyone. Friends and family always ask if I want them to take me to the airport or pick me up; I always say no...this just works better for me. Thank you!
