Guest Testimonials

very convenient and reasonably priced

Easy to schedule

Everything. The ease of parking. The cost. The shuttle to and from. The exiting.

Overall experience has always been great and getting points for future stays is the icing.

Ease of access to the facility & quick pickup from airport.

The Parking Spot’s website is very easy to navigate. They are competitive in their prices, and I was pleased to know they have two locations very close to the airport terminals. Another plus is that their vans frequently run to and from the airport. This is important to me, especially when timing is of the essence to catch a flight, or when I’m exhausted upon my return and wanting to get to my car quickly. Their team of drivers is polite and helpful, which makes the entire experience pleasant from start to finish. Thank you, Parking Spot!

PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE AND OVERALL GREAT

Easy and convenient

There was no wait at all for the shuttle at the Parking Spot Lot or the airport upon return. The Parking Spot Lot is only minutes from the airport.
Making a reservation ahead of time on line made entry and exit of the Parking Spot Lot a breeze.
Factoring in the cost of the parking, my round trip gas and tolls I still save money over the cost of hiring an airport limousine service to take me to the airport and back.

The drivers are all very helpful!

It was convenient and seamless. We didn't have to wait too long on departure or arrival for the shuttle. The drivers were professional and courteous. In the event of adverse weather, it was nice to know the vehicle was undercover.

Quick. Convenient. Safe and courteous drivers

It was easy to find. I had to call a number about getting a bus and someone answered quickly. The bus was coming but never picked me up. I called again, three times, and no one ever answered the phone again.

There’s never a wait, the shuttle picks up at my car and drops me at my car. It’s always reliable and pricing is great!

Great spot, quick service, great drivers!

Convient

We have gliwn out of Love Field twice and will use Southwest again in the future. The parking soot is close and the shuttle service is excellent.

We always have a pleasant experience with TPS. Ronald was the real MVP!

Prompt pickup & extremely nice & helpful drivers

Very convenient and a quick trip to the airport. Also love that they pick you up at your car and give a card with your parking spot location then they drop you back off at your car after your trip.

I was a little concerned when we went to meet the van that so many people were waiting in line. Your team came quickly and professionally and picked us up and got us back to our vehicle's so amazingly fast. Your driver was very kind and professional and it was a great way to come back into Columbus. Thank you for the great service and amazing employees you have.
