Friendly service, safe driving.

I have always had a great experience with The Parking Spot at CMH, but this last trip really sealed the deal. I am usually traveling alone for work, but this time I had my elderly grandparents, with my grandpa being unable to walk.

I was concerned how to handle the parking with them until I found out The Parking Spot offered ADA valet. That solved all my problems! Rather than having to drop them off myself at the terminal, go park, and then take the shuttle back (and do it all over again after the trip) I could stay with them and have my car parked for me and then picked back up when we got back.

The only slight hitch was when arriving it took a bit to get a driver to meet us, but I believe that was my fault. I had called to make sure the valet service was available, but failed to call again that morning to give a heads up. This was only a short wait and I made sure we left in time for any little delays since I knew we’d be a little slower.

Other than that, this truly took away all the stress of where to park and how to get to the terminal. It was one less thing (and a pretty big thing) to worry about with traveling by myself with them.

Both drivers were so incredibly kind and helpful even though neither of them had done the valet before then. I can’t remember their names, but please give them the praise they deserve.

It may have only been a short part of their day, but it infinitely made our lives easier and less stressful. So, thank you for everything!

Valet and good price

The Parking Spot (in particular Parking Spot 1 in Phoenix) is my go to location for leaving my car when traveling. It's in a great location, it has covered parking which is great in the summer time and the process is very easy to use. I have used other places in the past, but over the past 10 years or so, I have found the Parking Spot to be the best.

So many things! The parking spot is easy to find and use. The shuttles are very timely - there's hardly time to get the bags out of the car and he's there. When you return, it is not a long wait for the shuttle to pick you up and they drop you right at your car. The shuttles are very recognizable. Every employee I've encountered has been kind and super helpful. I won't park anywhere else

It’s super convenient. I like booking in advance and always getting a spot. The discounts are great and the shuttle drivers are very courteous and efficient.

I LIKE BEING DROPPED AT MY TERMINAL. Previously we were dropped at the wrong terminal and then had to add time and stress to get to the correct one. I don't understand why that ever changed. The driver was very timely and we didn't have to wait too long for rides.

The location, and using valet, when we came back from a long trip, it was so nice to have our car waiting for us. The bottle of cold water given as we drove off was super. It was a good experience, especially because we stayed right next door at the Hilton LAX.

It was easy to make the online reservation, I like that the lot is staffed 24 hours/day. The shuttle drivers are not only courteous they helped us with our considerable luggage as well and were genuinely friendly. I also liked that the parking spots are covered to protect my car from falling planes.
