The departure service (shuttle driver) was poor. Robert was rude to me and another couple. Maybe he had a bad day, but that behavior did not reflect well on the company. However, I gave it a 9 because the service is very good most of the time. The driver on arrival was very helpful and professional.

Ease of use and convenience.

One problem though all my fault, but maybe you all could come up with a solution.

After hours and hours of airport ground delays due to weather, we did not get to The Parking Spot until roughly 2:30 AM. Courier was very prompt at baggage claim. The problem occurred when I tried to leave the parking lot. I couldn't find a paper copy or the phone copy of the QR code. Finally after a lengthy search of my phone, I found the QR code. All was well except I blocked the exit for several minutes. There was no attendant on duty (I understand why). How could I have exited if I found neither? A work-around for old, tired people, who have spent all day on uncomfortable airport seats and uncomfortable airplane seats.

I don't know the solution. Perhaps a phone number to call or a "panic" button for the unprepared traveler.

You all did nothing wrong, Perhaps food for thought.

Very efficient system...in reserving, getting in the facility, parking,, and driver are usually fantastic! Our last one on our most recent visit was super!

Reservation system works well. Shuttle service was good. Decent rate for covered parking.

We had a very irate man yelling and saying that he was waiting as 4 buses passed him by. Demanding people get off the bus because he should have priority. Maybe pay more atte tion to international passengers avit more. That was very unpleasant.

Efficient and reasonable cost

It was crowded when we showed up at 4:30 am, but they got to us quickly and had multiple buses waiting to bring everyone to the airport. Check in and out with the app was super easy and we had a bus waiting after our flight and our car was ready to go when we got back.

They pick you up at your car and drop you off at your car. The drivers are very nice too and helpful.

Drop off and pick up are easy. Car is always waiting when I arrive from the terminal. App is easy to use.

It’s very easy to book your reservation online. It’s very easy to get in and out using the QR code that is provided. I save it to my Apple wallet for easy access. The shuttles run constantly. So there is minimal wait time. Everyone we’ve come in contact with has been great.
