The shuttle has always been an easy and enjoyable experience!
Everything easy to use!
Everything! From the ease at which I can make online reservations, the cleanliness of your facilities (the covered parking area) to the friendliness and helpfulness of your shuttle drivers are all top notch.
I have been using Park n' Fly (The Parking Spot) for many years. Totally pleased.
Easy to get to. Timely pick up service. Quick ride to airport. Drivers are courteous and pleasant.
Excellent service. Prompt and efficient. It’s an excellent place to park and the service is great.
The convenience, location and shuttle to the airport.
The valet parking.
Staff are bubbly late evening 9:30pm and very helpful and happy.
Convenience
The process for entering and parking the vehicle is outstanding! Even with a 5:45 am arrival time, there was someone at the entrance gate helping us and directing us to the appropriate parking spot (pun intended!). The shuttle driver was there as we parked and took our bags onto the shuttle. Though there was a slight delay until we left the property, we got to the terminal in adequate time.
Open 24/7 - always works well

I appreciate the quick car dropoff and a shuttle bus waiting for my departure to the airport.
