The staff at the Parking Spot is amazing - friendly, polite, helpful and good at what they do. The facility is well run and conveniently located very close to the airport. It is much easier tha using the CLT parking. We have used Parking Spot twice and will use again!!

We have been parking here for years. I tell all our family and friends to use your place. We never have had any issues from booking the spot, arriving, (a van is always right there to pick us up) to getting dropped off (by some of the nicest people) and then being picked up on time when we return. Keep up the great job!!!!
It's convenient. I get picked up dropped off and when I return from my flight I get picked up and dropped off at my car. How more convenient could that be!
