This was my 1st time ever using The Parking Spot. I traveled Nov 21-29. I didn’t waste time looking for a parking spot. The bus driver was extremely nice both to the airport and back to my vehicle. I didn’t even worry about my SUV, as I knew it was safe and sound. I will for sure be using The Parking Spot again and tell anyone I know to use ya’ll. I highly recommend to prepay as this way you can get your vehicle especially if you max out your credit card or loose it.

plenty of parking, courteous drivers, prompt pick up. I do not like their cancellation policy. I don't mind paying a fee but I do not like losing my whole parking fee. When my grandchildren got sick we lost our entire fee. We are looking for another parking facility with better policies.

Auto system should work well , but on entry staff escorted us past a broken barricade into uncovered parking. Upon leaving, we were unable to check out because the system never checked us in. This SNAFU caused us considerable delay and aggravation. It also delayed two staff members who were very helpful fixing the mess and getting us on the road.
