This was my first time using The Parking Spot and I was very pleased with my service. From pick up to drop off it was a breeze. Even when I misplaced my location ticket for my car my driver (Jack?) was very helpful and understanding. He even cleared snow away from my car ,I was not expecting that but it was very helpful and I really appreciated it . I plan on using your company again for any future trips I take.

Fast service, the shuttle was quick to pick up and the driver was courteous in helping me with my luggage.
It was easy to make a reservation, access into the facility and exit, as well as the clean property. The shuttle service was prompt and I appreciated the bottled water at exit. The receipt emailed was great too. All in all, very easy and professional.

Costs less than main terminal parking. Didn't like the long wait upon my return for a Century shuttle. Multiple Sepulveda shuttles came by. Shuttle was standing room only.
