Very easy to use. This last trip was short notice…3 vehicles…we all found spots. Shuttle drivers were friendly, professional.
Parking Spot was great - easy to sign up for a spot. Price was very reasonable when reserving in advance. The shuttle was at the car within minutes of parking. When we returned - and it was after midnight on a Friday - we only waited a few minutes for a shuttle and got right back to our car. Only suggestions I have: parking spots are small - would not want to park a large vehicle there. The shuttle driver on the return trip was a woman who could barely lift my suitcase and could no way even try to lift my husband's. We both have back issues, so we appreciate when we have help lifting them onto the bus.

I've been parking there for many years. Wouldn't think of using any other service. About 5 years ago, I parked there, flew to Houston for what was supposed to be a 5 day business trip. Had emergency surgery and couldn't fly back for over 2 months. The manager was very helpful when I called, concerned that they might think I had abandoned my car and worked out a long term parking discount for me when I got back. Customer for life.
