I think this location is better than Parking Spot 1. It was more efficient.

Easy

The service we received on Sep 5 and 12 were not the same as what we had before. Especially on 12Sep, we have to wait for our truck. When someone heard that we were still waiting for our truck, the lady moved quickly to get our truck. Normally, we will find our truck parked at the entrance waiting for us. We were not satisfied in our experience this time.

Fast service. Kind and courteous drivers.

Quick and easy

Convince

So easy!!!

I have used your company and location for many many years, your staff is nice and friendly, the buses run on time.

Good service.

Quick timely service from pick-up to delivery.

The services are normally great. This past experience was not the best. We waited for around 10 minutes to be picked up. On our return, the queue was a complete mess with 2 different lines merging into one another. There were too many people for the space between the lanes. This was concerning as there are shuttles on the left and right side.

The bus service wait times that last 2 times that I used your lot has been much better. Hoping it continues to be that way. THANK YOU

Convenience and value add

Ease of use

Everyone is courteous and attentive.
From my ride to the airport to my ride back to get my car, every stage is smooth and provides excellent service.

Thanks for the great service. I did not have to wait for a shuttle, loading and unloading was a breeze.

I parked there many times, never had any problems to park and to leave the parking lot. Service is great.

The distance to the airport, the frequency of the bus pick-ups from the airport, and the easy of parking and check-in.

Easy , reliable and cost effective

Easy access and convenient

Timely and courteous drivers.

Fast, convenient, cost effective & friendly

Very convenient and everyone was very nice. Great having the car ready to go when we got home.

The location is close to the airport, the drivers are very friendly, and I love the "free car wash" amenity when I'm leaving back out.

I liked how often the shuttles came.

Great pick up and return. Driver was helpful and informative on airport construction impacts.

There are plenty of bright spotted vans picking up and dropping off, in both the parking lots and at the airport. Wait times are brief or even non-existent. Drivers are nice.

Great friendly service!

Convenient, easy to get to. Priced reasonably. The lady when I left was a bit rude, but everyone else was very nice.
