We use The spot all the time, polite folks to help out. They load and unload all your luggage,,,,one time I lost my card on return and driver was willing to drive as I kept hitting alarm and we founf the car. Another time we were snowed in and a driver stopped to help. Will always use The Spot.

I have been using The Parking Spot for parking for several years. I have never received any free night for parking. Could someone let me know why.

Easy in and out. Shuttle was there in less than two minutes to pick us up from our car and was there waiting for us when we got back to the Buffalo airport.

Making reservations, checking in, a quick ride to the airport, and a timely pick-up upon returning are the reasons I like The Parking Lot. Additionally, I'm able to get discounts fairly often when making reservations.

Convenient airport access and secure parking, shuttles to and from airport are easily accessed with waits no more than a couple minutes - easy in and out with reservations - pleasant drivers!

Everyone was very friendly. It was nice after returning from a cross-country trip to be greeted with my car and the doors open and seats heated. Everyone on your staff deserve a raise!

I really appreciate the regularity of the shuttles and being able to book reservations online. I also appreciate the flexibility of the timing for arrival and departures. On our last flight our plane was an hour delayed. Completely out of our control. I was able to get a shuttle, get to our car quickly. The place where my sister parked charged her $50 for being late by 1 hour. This is why I will continue to use The Parking Spot: you just get travel.

I enjoy the helpful friendly shuttle drivers, the staff checking in always have the most direct route to get to a parking spot, when it is snowing, it's wonderful to have covered parking, my husband love the free water when leaving. The app is wonderful to use.

Busy week for travel, lady at the gate was very helpful on check in. Driver to the airport was slightly rude about uncovered vs covered parking areas. Guy that picked up was great! Overall outstanding service for the holiday week. Thank you!
