It’s a great location.
Prepay option is a great incentive. I like that you are directed to exactly where to park instead of driving around aimlessly. I don’t like that people are not informed to stay at car instead of grouping up as soon as they see a shuttle stop. This results in people waiting already not getting on shuttle.
Polite and efficient drivers just not enough of them. International Parking in summer is difficult and although I was told driver would find me I had to walk to international pickup to get shuttle myself. Waving him down did not work. Need marked overflow international parking section in my opinion where driver must check if normal international parking is full.
I’ve been a long time customer of parking spot and can’t imagine using another service. I feel like my car is safe and so am I.

Shuttle service is quick. Rates are a little high compared to Airport long term parking.
Entering Greeted at the gate provided parking information bus available right away. Pick up was timely and available right away. The staff was very friendly coming and going, appreciate the service they provided. We have shared with others your services!! :-)
