Easy to get into the lot with the QR code I printed. Very difficult to get out with just one available exit. There were 4 cars on front of me and it took 20 minutes to leave. 2 of the 4 people had no QR code so they contacted your rep who had to walk them through the payment. Other than that, arrival and pick-ups were very good. Thank you.
It was easy to get in and park my car and get picked up and taken to the airport. The staff was friendly as well and provided free water when leaving. Will book again!
The lot location is convenient to the airport. All meyof your staff I met were courteous and friendly.

Convenient and timely pick up
I have had good luck with the Parking Spot. One time we had to wait at the airport for over an hour for the Sepulveda Parking Spot Shuttle to arrive, but this time it was relatively quick and someone actually answered the phone when we called. The last time nobody answered and we had to wait. Seem like the Century location has more shuttles picking up and dropping off, but that just may have been that one time. This particular trip went pretty smooth. The drivers we great coming and going. It is certainly convenient, but I would prefer the Century over the Sepulveda location.
The drop off is easy and quick. The shuttle driver helps with luggage handling. The vehicle is ready and cooled when the shuttle brings you back from the airport.
