I appreciate the assistance from the drivers to load and unload my luggage with the added benefit of having the van right in front of my car. There seems to be several vans making trips between the parking lot and the airport so there is never a long wait for transportation. I also use the app to track the van as it comes to pick me up which is convenient. I make my reservations far in advance and pay in full to get the best rates which saves me a fair amount of money. Thanks for providing this service and for taking good care of me and my luggage.

The buses were on time and service was fast, in and out.
They picked us up at our car, they help load luggage on bus, they drop us off and were very friendly. With the pre pay use just scan in and scan out to go.
