It's convenient, quick to and from the airport, and drivers are courteous and helpful. It's also easy enough to check in and check out after registering on line for an elderly person to handle--I'm 80ish.

I had been a Parking Spot (on JFK) person for years while working in the Galleria area but the waits and hassle - once we waited nearly an hour at the airport for the van and one of the seats was sloshing with pee… driver was unhappy! So we’ve hesitated to use Parking Spot in recent years until last week- and things were great!

Kindness and Professionalism. Thank You Parking Spot! The little extra you pay compared to airport parking is well worth it in my eyes. Both Parking Spot locations are easy to get to, the shuttles are numerous with very little wait times departing or on arrival. The employees and drivers are courteous and accommodating. I forgot to remove my leatherman tool from my backpack and knew TSA would have confiscated it, I told the Parking Spot driver that it was his tip, He graciously refused and told me he would put the tool by the wiper blades on my parked car. When I returned 5 days later, there is was. I will be a loyal customer forever. Thank You.
