Great friendly service!
Convenient, easy to get to. Priced reasonably. The lady when I left was a bit rude, but everyone else was very nice.

In this one case, we needed to use valet parking (instead of self-park). The car wasn't ready when we arrived - in the rain - and it took some time to find it and then to get it over to us (they drove up with the wrong car, which we noticed - in our trip exhaustion - after the car was loaded with our bags and we got in to drive home!). This has never happened with self-park, which we normally use.
Meanwhile, we think the TPS staff at Newark could have invited us into the office area to be out of the rain and stay dry, be by a restroom, etc, since they caused the inconvenience. We finally just walked into the office area ourselves, to get out of the rain. They did apologize for the wait, which was appreciated.
We'll be back to TPS (Philly South) in November, so Newarks one time inconvenience did not deter us from being your customers. And we continue to recommend TPS to friends who are travelling.

It’s very convenient and easy getting to the airport and being picked up from the airport. I don’t have to worry about somebody coming to get me. They’re always there.
Prepaid parking was efficient on arrival and exit. Pick-up and return right to my car. The only negative - it wasn't made clear where we were supposed to get the bus on our return trip.

For the most part, everything is handled quickly and efficiently. My one complaint is when we arrive and have to wait too long for someone to get in a Spot vehicle to pick us up. Not because of a lot of customers, but because of lack of desire to accommodate their customers in a timely way. Needs to improve that issue!

Very nice associates. They made sure that I knew where I was going and when I got the wrong bag off the van, they made sure to let the driver know quickly and the correct bag was returned within minutes

There are plenty of bright spotted vans picking up and dropping off, in both the parking lots and at the airport. Wait times are brief or even non-existent. Drivers are nice.
